Grundig Model 2540 U Multiband Tube Radio - Works! See Demo Video!

This radio runs strong on AM and FM.   I've been listening to FM rock music all afternoon while putting stuff on Ebay.  The "tuning eye" which indicates signal strength works perfectly.
The wood cabinet and finish is so well preserved that you can see a lot more of me than I would have preferred in the shine reflection, but I can't avoid it.   This is one nice radio, and it's ready to enjoy.
I cannot test the Shortwave band.   The AM is labelled "BC" and even though I live in a low level area compared to the surrounding hills, I was able to pull in AM stations if not extremely well.   The FM sounds as well as these radios are capable of sounding, from my experience.
That said, this radio is sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied.  Tubes get old and can fail at any time.
