    Description

    1988 BMW K100RS K-Series.  This was my first motorcycle ever. I have owned it since 1996.  This started my obsession with BMW's and I have owned over 30 since.  I have won countless Road race championships on my Airhead BMW race bikes.  And I produce parts for airhead BMW's.   I thought I would keep this one forever but I have to many bikes and I have not rode this one in way to long so it would be better for it to move on to someone who can enjoy it.
    I have spent a lot of time and money refreshing it over the last couple years to get it ready to sell.  It has lots of new parts and lots of aftermarket parts.  I just had a buddy who is a certified BMW tech look it over and do a few small things.  It is running good and ready to go.
    New AGM battery
    New Bridgestone tires
    New fuel filter and fuel pump and all fuel components inside the fuel tank.
    New Exhaust seals.
    Baffle on muffler new powder coat and bolts
    New rear main seal
    It has Stainless brake lines and has had brakes bleed
    Progressive shock
    It has the Belly pan fairing, I don’t remember if this came stock or was a BMW accessory.
    fresh oil and filter change
    fresh antifreeze change
    forks rebuilt, Legs Glass bead cleaned.
    Brake rotors Glass bead cleaned.
    new gas cap seals
    K&N air filter
    Corbin seat that I had Corbin put a new cover on about 10 years ago.

    It has Bar backs on it now, but if you want to return it to stock bar clamps I am including the brake hose to do that.
    It has the later Black windshield on it.
    It includes a Aeroflow aftermarket touring windshield. Probabley needs Velcro pieces replaced.

    Like I said I have spent a lot of time to make this thing ready to go.  So this should be all the refreshing a bike of this age needs. It is an old motorcycle, so it is being sold as is.
