This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is the ultimate 50s cruiser that anybody can enjoy. 1957 was the final year of the Tri-Five Chevys and is the most identifiable and iconic of them all. The Bel Air was the top offering by Chevrolet in 1957, complete with gold hood trim, elevated side and trunk trim, and plusher finishes. The 1957 edition of the Bel Air saw several changes from the previous years including vents added under the headlights and, of course its most recognizable feature, large tailfins in the rear quarter panels that give the '57 Bel Air its iconic 50s look. This particular '57 Chevy comes to us from a Texas collector who purchased it out of Louisiana. Under the hood, you'll find a Powerpack Setup with a 283 Cubic Inch V8 Engine with a Single 4 Barrel Carburetor that pushed out 220 horsepower in its day. Dual exhaust gives this Tri-Five Chevy a nice throaty sound. Anybody can easily drive this '57 Bel Air since the 283 V8 is hooked up to a Powerglide Automatic Transmission. This 1957 Chevy sits on 4 wide whitewall radial tires with spinner hubcaps that make for a great looking and nice riding 50s cruiser. Fender skirts give this 57 Bel-Air Hardtop a truly 50s look. Recently refinished in its original color scheme, Canyon Coral and India Ivory, this 1957 Bel Air Hardtop has a stunning classic exterior look. The Black and Silver interior is stunning and it's just as it was when this Chevy Belair rolled off the Norwood, Ohio factory floor. The front and rear bench seats have been recovered in Silver Vinyl with Black Cloth Inserts, which is exactly how this car was ordered back in 1957. The steering wheel, door panels, and black and silver painted dash have a beautiful stock look. A radio and clock are incorporated into the stock dash as well, and a tissue box is neatly tucked underneath. The instrument cluster is in its stock configuration as well, equipped with a Speedometer, Temperature Gauge, and Fuel Gauge. Whether you're looking for your first Tri-Five Chevy or your garage is full of them, you can't go wrong with this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Hardtop. Give us a call today!
